Personality and Interests
Chris is one of the more 'normal' members of the crew, not being GELF in part or whole, and not in need of mind altering drugs to stop him from going on a crazed killing spree. No, Chris Zodar is a normal human and is actually quite boring compared to these other people.
Zodar is the kind of person that can disappear and emerge a month later covered in some unknown black substance and controlling a huge mechanical superweapon (or toy, as the case generally is). Chris gets on well with all members of the crew and enjoys being able to blend in.
He secretly longs for a time when he can save the entire crew in some crazy heroic feat, but is always a team player and is quite content with building new contraptions for the good of the ship.
History
Born in Australia on Earth, Chris showed an talent for engineering. When his father found out, he forced him to sign up at JMC Academy. Rushed though the Academy at a young age, Chris was assigned to the Blue Dwarf's engineering department under Chief Engineer Smegg after graduating.
Chris was glad to be away from his father. *Additional* Chris aged 4 years when an unidentified ointment was applied to electrical burns he'd suffered in the Big Brother house.
The transformation is on file somewhere in the medibay. *Additional* Chris' real father was human, but died when Chris was very young. Chris doesn't remember much of his biological father. His step father was an alien, of the Zodar race, and a member of their royal family as well, although Chris didn't know this until not that long ago. These strange circumstances dictated that he could take up the title of Prince if he so wished. He declined.
