Slender and lean.
Always clad in baggy clothing of a grey or black colouration- always wearing her chained and star stitched black leather sleeveless jacket. Studded belt and black wallet chain attached to it.
Hair is always tied up like it is in the picture, her face also appears the same as you can imagine.

History

Coming from Manchester in England, this odd woman is quite noble at heart, but dysfunctional in practice. She was raised by her mother, her father being locked in a cell at a mental asylum- she never saw much of him due to his constant ape-like screeches and projectile crap he'd launch.

For a couple of days she worked in an barber shop, but was fired for accidentally causing a simple Shaver to gain a primitive AI, and thus strangle a customer to death.
With this new found love of tech she went on to train further and passed with flying colours, eventually coming into JMC as her talent got noticed. They were more than suprised when she turned up wearing her usual garb, but with added tie with care bears on it.

she was gradually signed up for the Blue Dwarf by JMC, her tech skills could prove most helpful to keeping the mighty leviathan in the great void- however it departed before she could get on it.

She was being chased through the complex as a result of having accidentally causing a dramatic systems failure while trying to enhance the tech- according to reports it took one month for a guard to remove what a rogue skutter had inserted into him.
she hyjacked a Starbug to escape to the blue dwarf, figuring she couldnt get away from JMC on earth cause she couldnt get far on her moped.

She had to enter a prototype stasis pod on the bug while it tracked the Blue dwarf on autopilot.. she awoke sometime in the future, but luckily only a few days off from the dwarf.

During the time between her awakening and her arrival on the dwarf, two things occured. One, she developed a love for Bazookoids and their "Boomilicious" nature, and two, her ship was boarded by a small Polymorph. She engaged in a two day long futile, and nigh suicidal, fight with the polymorph which basically involved her ripping up the bug's insides with volleys of Bazookoid fire- one wall was particually torn up for bizarre reason.

She managed to get on the Dwarf finally, and catch the Polymorph unaware with a dinner fork as it tried to morph into one of her bras- she, as a result, is mistrusting of the garment and is to this day aboard the Blue Dwarf

Janis' Death

Janis died in March 2109 when teleporter drones boarded the Blue Dwarf to tag and transport the crew to the Mollopod Kingdon of Little Cheftonia. She swung at a drone with an axe and hit a computer, electrocuting herself.
