Charles Keto has seen better days. He now consists of a human brain in a jar full of ointment, housed in a small automaton that used to be used for ship maintenance. Despite this, he is incredibly cheerful - perhaps insanely so - and always tries to help anyone he possibly can in any manner that he can find possible.
He is as unlike his brother Xavier as could be.
Personality and Interests
Dr Charles Keto (also known as the Keto Brain Bot) is interested in one thing and one thing alone - helping other people. Whether it be through dispensing medical advice, cheering someone up with a tasteful joke, or allowing people to walk all over him to make them happy, Charles Keto will do it with a smile...or as much of a smile as a disembodied brain can muster.
He is incredibly chirpy, enough to put even the Big Pink Tree and Wildflower to shame.
History
Charles Keto was born on Earth and joined medical school with his brother, Xavier. Until the time of the fire, he surpassed all his classmates in his medical knowledge.
Then, with the events of the fire, things changed. His brief affair with Tara Cleavage was cut short as his life was effectively stolen by his brother. Charles was unaware of this, believing himself to be a brain in a jar in a medical research institution, helping medical cases across the world...as opposed to a brain in a jar in a cupboard on the Blue Dwarf, which was the truth.
Since his discovery, Charles has been trying to adjust to life aboard ship. His chirpy attitude remains undaunted however - he lost a body and was used by a family member. After that, nothing can dent his optimism!
