Mini-Phil (aka MP) is the creation of Rufus and Amber Febuggure, of a botched experiment to bring back their father. He is a perfect clone of Phil in every way, except 1/8th Phil''s size... and can only speak like "EEEeeeeeEEEEEeeeeeEEEEEEEEEEEEEeeee".
Personality and Interests
Well, basiclly MP is known as the ships pervert for a reason. His libido is concentratred in a much smaller form. The best way to describe him would be by his theme tune "The Benny Hill show"
History
Created during a botched cloning eperiment, MP has shared most of Regular Phil's adventures. He rarely leaves his side... although it has been proven (during one of the ships regular polymorph encounters) that MP without his libido is in fact much more intellegent then regular Phil... If he could stop thinking about goats all the time he'd be well away... but thats not likey to happen.
