Just wanted to say a quick welcome to new member Rafael Gariso, who's playing brand new character Jack Rockfield, a Geologist in the Mining department (how long has it been since our mining ship had anyone in the mining department?!). You can see Jack's first post here.
Also, we've seen the return of Alistair Withnail, played by Grant Smith. Grant started out with the character Edward Monsoon, the Irish Security Guard and drinking buddy of ex-Captain Jed Calvert. Grant created the character Alistair Withnail before leaving the group for a little while. Now he's back and has posted that Alistair's absence was due to him travelling forward in time from when he was last mentioned to now. (Maybe "Annie" from the Time Agency will have something to say about that).
This month we've also seen the return of Dr Keto, who's been an NPC for a very long time. Chris' last post was in January of this year, so it's definately good to have him back.
**Addition**
Just after I posted this article, Chris Kentlea returned by posting as Phil Febuggure. Engineer Phil Febuggure died in April this year after surviving many dangerous situations to finally die by undramatically licking a battery. You can read Andy Longman's post where Phil dies here. Now Phil is back, or a version of him from an alternate universe is back at least.
