Flight deck
This is the area where all Blue Dwarf's secondary vehicles like Starbugs and Blue Midgets are parked, and where they are prepared for into going into space. For each away mission, the ship has to be packed with the equipment and gadgets needed, including emergency rations and a puncture repair kit.

The flight deck leads onto a long runway for launching these support craft into space. This runway acts as a gigantic airlock, never opening the large inner or outer doors at the same time or the flight deck staff would be sucked into space.
