Seymour's Apartment

Seymour wandered around his huge quarters wearing a silk bed robe, the sounds of light classical music played from a gramophone on the coffee table.
"Oh dear oh dear, this will not do!" He whined to himself. "I have too many vases and not enough corners in my room to place them! Damn the lovely antiquities shop back on Argus Prime!" he dramatically overreacted. Even though the room was so big that his voice echoed from the back wall a few seconds later. He moved an existing vase pedestal.

"No no… that's messed up the whole feng shui of the room now, I'll never get the balance right again!"

Seymour's ambasadorial apartment

Seymour will proudly boast that he has the most luxurious apartment on the ship.

Aggravatingly this is true, as Seymour's apartment is a large room in which he has filled with incredibly stylish furniture and antique ornaments.

On his expensive antique coffee-table there is a sign reading "please use coasters".

In 2106 the stowaway Rosette LaChance moved in with Seymour briefly as she had no quarters of her own. This was a traumatic experience for Seymour as he is very particular about keeping the place clean and tidy. Rosette was far from the opposite, but due to Seymour's extremely high standards nothing Rosette could do was good enough, so she started deliberately being untidy to annoy Seymour. Seymour went to the extreme lengths of erecting a small forcefield around each chair so that Rosette couldn't sit down or spill anything on them.
