Kochanski stepped into what was now Phil's office, clutching the damage report in his hand.
"What is it Kochanski, can't you see i'm busy?" said Phil as he continued working at his computer console.
Kochanski merely dropped the damage report onto his keyboard. "This is it" he repsonded as Phil looked at the piece of paper. "Its a full damage report for Blue Dwarf"
Phil began to read the report, his eyes gradually widening as he too began to realise how damaged Blue Dwarf was.
"Not the Ice Machine!!!" exclaimed Phil.

Engineering
The Engineers are responsible for the maintenance of the Blue Dwarf as a whole. The ship's massive engines require constant care and maintenance.
When the Blue Dwarf has been badly damaged, either internally or externally, it is up to the Repair Crews to fix the damage and return the ship back to normal. Due to the laxness of the Engineers however, the ship will never be fixed back to 100%, as the Engineers have been known to cut corners and “patch things up” rather than repair the sections fully.
If the ship has been in serious ship-to-ship combat, there is often a lot of exterior damage that needs to be fixed. The Engineers have to don spacesuits and either go for a walk on the hull or use jetpacks to get to the damaged area.
