A beeping noise came from her holographic watch "Its time Jay..this is it.. " she said
and stepped a few steps backwards  "I love you Jay....goodbye...." her image flickered, and in a few brief seconds Phil's lightbee fell to the floor.
"Goodbye Vanessa..." he muttered and dropped to his/ Rio's knees to pick up the bee.
"Guys not meant to watch his little sister die once...let alone twice..I love you too Vanessa..."  he wiped away a single tear from his cheek.

Light bee

This small device is the primary method of holographic projection. It buzzes around inside a hologram at tremendous speeds, making use of a small ring of holographic projectors about its midsection. Thanks to recent developments is holographic technology, it is now possible to upgrade older 'soft light' holograms, into having a 'hard light' mode, thus allowing the hologram to manipulate actual physical objects. The JMC and Space Corps primary uses for light bees is the replacement of deceased crew, through the use of data backups kept on discs aboard space vessels – in effect, creating a facsimile of the person, along with all their personality and skill sets. The only flaw with this system is the tremendous metaphysical implications this puts upon the resurrected crewmember, since they are not the same person, but rather just a copy. The only solution found so far is to tell the hologram in question to "belt up".
